Founded in 2015 by Deepak Jaiswal and Rob Engledow, PROOVE brings the authentic taste of Naples to the UK. What began with a wood-fired oven on wheels has grown into a multi-site operation, each serving award-winning Neapolitan pizza, small plates, own label beer and handcrafted cocktails.
